Harmony represents a new ideological realm for humanity entering a new era. As a science and philosophy, it guides us in understanding and transforming the world. Its key principles are as follows:
Harmony
It emphasizes harmonious coexistence with heaven, earth, people, and all things. Harmony is a universal law, encompassing equality, friendship, and universal love, avoiding conflict and pursuing peace and harmony.
Mutual Benefit
Promote economic, cultural, and educational cooperation to ensure that the fruits of development benefit all. Principles include mutually beneficial cooperation, collective collaboration, the rule of law, and openness and inclusiveness.
Peaceful Coexistence
Reject war and violence, and resolve disputes through negotiation and mediation. Peace advocates equality of sovereignty, non-interference in each other’s internal affairs, and respect for different cultures and beliefs.
Harmony in Diversity
Integrate different ethnic cultural backgrounds, maintain diversity, and build a unified cultural and ideological system.
Article 1
The Harmonious Commonwealth International Alliance is an inter-ethnic organization formed by diverse peoples from around the globe. Grounded in the values of harmony culture, it serves as a public welfare entity dedicated to fosteringequality among all humanity and achieving shared prosperity for everyone. The Harmonious Commonwealth system stands as the foundational institution for all ethnic groups of humankind. Human ethnic groups are distinguished by the core essence of harmonious coexistence among people.
Article 2
All authority within the Harmonious Commonwealth belongs to the peoples of every ethnic group across the world. The peoples of all ethnic groups exercise this authority through the People’s Congress of All Ethnic Groups in the Harmonious Commonwealth. In accordance with the constitutional laws of the Harmonious Commonwealth, the peoples of all ethnic groups manage the affairs of the Commonwealth, oversee economic and cultural initiatives, and handle social matters through diverse channels and methods.
Article 3
The institutions of the Harmonious Commonwealth system are accountable to the peoples of all ethnic groups worldwide and subject to their oversight through the global People’s Congress of All Ethnic Groups.
Article 4
The Harmonious Commonwealth safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of minority ethnic groups. It strengthens equality, unity, mutual assistance, and harmonious relations among all ethnic groups. Drawing on the unique characteristics and needs of each minority ethnic group, the Harmonious Commonwealth assists minority regions in bolstering their economic and cultural development.
